Focus
Contains Pinene A and B
Breathe Easy
Contains Pinene A

Alpha Pinene (Pinene A)
Alpha Pinene is a main ingredient in many essential oils. Used in perfumes and deodorants and comes from the Coniferous Pine.
Alpha Pinene is a bronchodilator in humans and is bio-available with 60% Pulmonary uptake and quick metabolism and redistribution, meaning its benefits will be experienced quickly.
Anti-Inflammatory, anti-biotic and aids memory, focus and can bring an energetic feeling.
Protects Organ Systems
Alpha-pinene has been found to have protective effects on the pancreas and lungs. In one study into pancreatitis, such treatments reduced the production of TNF-alpha, the pancreatic tumor necrosis factor. Alpha-pinene could potentially be formulated into a treatment for pancreatic cancer
Acts as an Antibacterial
Alpha-pinene has been found to be toxic to certain bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae, when tested using solid medium diffusion techniques.
Boosts Memory
Many dementia drugs work by inhibiting cholinesterase and thereby enhancing cholinergic activity. Alpha-pinene may act as a supplement to help with such conditions, in small concentrations alongside other essential oils such as sage, camphor, or bornyl acetate.
Improves Respiratory Function
One of the main reasons that people like to use alpha-pinene as a chemical compound found in essential oils is because it is a powerful bronchodilator.

Stop The Crave
Contains Beta Caryophyllene
B-Caryophyllene & Cancer
Beta-caryophyllene potentiated the anticancer activity of paclitaxel on MCF-7, DLD-1 and L-929 cell lines.
Results suggest that β‐caryophyllene facilitates the passage of paclitaxel through the membrane and thus potentiates its anticancer activity.
Benefits of BCP
Several biological activities are now attributed to beta-caryophyllene, such as anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic and local anaesthetic activities.

BCP can also stop Epilepsy symptoms and control seizures
The use of BCP can tackle many problems associated with Endocannabinoid Deficiency. Depression, anxiety, pain, addiction and even may prevent cancer. BCP, bringing all the benefits of Cannabinoid medicine without:
  • Psycho-Active effects.
  • Fear of drug testing at work or on roadside.
  • Can be used for children.
BCP systemically reduces inflammation, balances the Central Nervous System and assists the Immune System.
Terpenes help endogenous and exogenous cannabinoids bind to receptors and perform the necessary actions.
Some key factors about BCP:
  • It improves metabolism (by increasing mitochondrial function)
  • It protects against neurodegeneration (by reducing a leaky blood-brain barrier and inflammation)
  • It reduces pain (by upregulating natural endorphins)

Be Calm
Contains Linalool and Myrcene
Linalool Benefits
  • Effectively inhibits rogue cells. Linalool has been shown to promote cell vitality and reduce a diversity of rogue cells. It has even been shown to check cellular damage caused by the sun’s UV rays.
  • Protects nerve cells. Linalool protects cells in our nervous system from damage caused by losses of oxygen and blood supply, aging, inflammation, and harmful chemicals. This protection may be at least partially due to the antioxidant benefits of linalool. Moreover, multiple studies demonstrate that linalool prevents disturbed nerve cell activity in the brain.
  • Defends organs. Scientists have observed that linalool exerts a protective effect against damage to the liver, kidneys, and stomach.
  • Relaxes blood vessels. Relaxation of blood vessels improves blood flow throughout the body and helps support normal blood pressure levels. These factors are critical to overall wellness and cardiovascular longevity.
  • Aids lipid (cholesterol, triglyceride) balance. Linalool modulates the activity of enzymes involved in the creation and usage of blood lipids like cholesterol and triglycerides.
  • Supports a normal inflammatory response. Inflammation is necessary for tissue repair and immune system function, but it must remain in a tightly controlled normal range to be helpful rather than harmful. Linalool works by a number of mechanisms of action to help maintain normal inflammatory responses.
  • Soothes soreness. By influencing a number of pain pathways, linalool soothes soreness after physical activity.
  • Modulates mood and helps one cope with stress. One of the most well-researched benefits of linalool is its effects on mood, stress, and anxiety. Research shows that it harmonizes mood, reduces psychological stress, promotes relaxation during chaos, and even decreases aggressive behaviours.
  • Sedative

Myrcene Benefits
Myrcene is the most common terpene in cannabis and is also one of the most easily-recognizable terpenes thanks to its particular earthy, spicy, clove-like aroma. It is commonly found in hops, basil, citrus, eucalyptus, lemongrass and mango.
Myrcene As a Sleep Aid
Myrcene is one of the reasons cannabis gets its reputation as a sedative. Strains with high levels of myrcene (more than 0.5%) are considered indicas and have a strongly sedative effect, while strains with low levels actually have an energizing effect. As a result, high-myrcene strains can be very effective in relieving insomnia.
Myrcene for Pain & Inflammation
Studies have also shown myrcene to be a potent analgesic. It has a big advantage over pain relief drugs containing opioids in that it does not cause tolerance, while still behaving in a dose-dependent manner (meaning that as the dosage increases, the effects also increase). Research also shows that myrcene acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory.
Other Effects of Myrcene
In addition to myrcene’s sedative and pain-relieving qualities, myrcene is unique among terpenes in that it actually increases the maximum saturation level of the CB1 receptors in the brain, which in turn increases the potential intoxicating effects of cannabis.
myrcene has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-catabolic effects in human chondrocytes and, thus, its ability to halt or, at least, slow down cartilage destruction and osteoarthritis progression warrants further investigation.

Engage
Contains Limonene, PineneLinalool and Myrcene
Arousal
Contains Limonene, Pinene A and B and a touch of Myrcene
Limonene
Limonene is a chemical found in the peels of citrus fruits and in other plants. It is used to make medicine.
Limonene is used to promote weight loss, prevent cancer, treat cancer, and treat bronchitis.
In foods, beverages, and chewing gum, limonene is used as a flavouring.
In pharmaceuticals, limonene is added to help medicinal ointments and creams penetrate the skin.
In manufacturing, limonene is used as a fragrance, cleaner (solvent), and as an ingredient in water-free hand cleansers.
How does it work?
Limonene may block cancer-forming chemicals and kill cancer cells in the laboratory. But more research is needed to know if this occurs in humans.
For example, lemon essential oil is primarily limonene. It is said to have an energizing effect that can lift spirits. It also provides a powerful and fresh fragrance that most people enjoy. Most other citrus oils, such as sweet orange, lime, grapefruit, and bergamot have the same uplifting and energizing effects.
Two important benefits that limonene can offer are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. These alone make it a great addition to a daily supplement routine. It can help reduce pain, fight infection, and recover faster after a tough workout. It shouldn’t be your only source of antioxidants, but rather an addition to an existing health routine.
